This morning at 5.15am, three yachts exploded in Manoel Island (close to Gzira). A big fire could be seen in the area and it was giving off a dark smoke.

Statue of Our Lady (Madonna Tal-Ghar) in Birzebbugia, Malta, Cries Tears
Another statue of Our Lady has been crying tears of blood since last Monday, news reports said. This resin statue was in a private residence in Birzebbugia. Now it has been removed and the local church is expected to submit a report to the Vatican.
Tests have confirmed that the tears are indeed of human blood. The owners of the statue reported the fact to the Church authorities earlier this week after the statue was seen weeping again on Monday.
It was reported that the owners informed the village parish priest Dun Nikol Pace who advised them to contact the Maltese Curia.
The owners phoned and contacted Fr Ugo Cremona on the 23rd January 2006.
Back in 1999, a marble statue of Il-Madonna ta' l-Ghar (Our Lady of the Grotto) began to weep blood. This statue was located at the Church of the Dominican Priory in Rabat. In 2002, conclusive tests proved that the tears wept were actual human blood.
Ta’ Giezu Cross Broken By Foreigner With “Spirit of Hitler”
31st March 2006 – During the 6pm Mass at Ta’ Giezu Church in Valletta tonight, a 33 year old UK-born dark-skinned indian went up on the presbyter during the homily and threw the Holy Cross down onto the ground, breaking it. People tried to restrain the man but they did not manage to stop him from throwing the Cross down and he threw candeliers onto people. People tied him up until the Police arrived on the scene. He called Christians hypocrites.
According to Patri Gorg from Ta’ Giezu church (who was saying Mass at the time), it was not the big Miraculous cross but a small one. It was 200 years old and was broken to pieces. It was part of Malta’s irreplaceable cultural history also. The man had been to the church in the morning and had spoken to the Provincial.
The man told the Provincial that he believed in reincarnation and that he had the spirit of Hitler in him. The foreigner is being kept under observation in Mount Carmel hospital.

The cross was restored in less than a year thanks to the sponsorship of Bank of Valletta.

My prayers go to those in London where the bombs went off. I offer these new praise songs in prayer for them.
As far as official sources say, there were no Maltese injured in London. However a woman phoned Radju Marija and said that her daughter was on a bus in the area and was not harmed. Thank God..
