It is good to remember how, way back in February 1987, the late Guza Mifsud, a visionary who to whom Our Lady used to appear at Girgenti, had said that “From Malta the true peace must begin, to unite the whole world.” (Minn Malta trid issir il-vera paci biex tghaqqad id-dinja kollha). Many remember how in December of 1989, in Malta a very important summit was held between Presidents Bush and Gorbachov. This meeting lead to the end of the Cold War.
