Cocktail Pasta Salad


  • 100g Durum Pasta Shells
  • 3 sticks chopped celery
  • 1/2 chopped cucumber
  • 150ml mayonnaise or salad cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: either 200g tinned tuna fish or 200g salmon or 100g prawns


  1. Cook the pasta shells following any directions on the packet.
  2. Drain & refresh under cold water, drain again.
  3. Place the cooked pasta together with the other ingredients in a container/bowl and combine them together.
  4. Add one of the optional ingredients if so desired.
  5. Season to taste. Chill and garnish before serving.
