Cocktail Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 100g Durum Pasta Shells
- 3 sticks chopped celery
- 1/2 chopped cucumber
- 150ml mayonnaise or salad cream
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: either 200g tinned tuna fish or 200g salmon or 100g prawns
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells following any directions on the packet.
- Drain & refresh under cold water, drain again.
- Place the cooked pasta together with the other ingredients in a container/bowl and combine them together.
- Add one of the optional ingredients if so desired.
- Season to taste. Chill and garnish before serving.
