I just read that Stargate SG-1 will be changing their own timeline! Seems like they are learning from the Doctor, after all... Would that mean that my fics with SG-1 will be 'affected'? It depends on whether the 'new' SG-1 timeline will remain the canonical one or will they just press the big red reset button? Looks like they are also introducing an Avalon/Excalibur/King Arthur/Merlin theme (I can just see the 7th Doctor almost guest starring). Merlin is an Ancient, in my fanfics Gallifreyans are Ancients, and the Doctor was Merlin (Battlefield Earth) so it doesn't jar with my fics at all!
Interesting Quote 1: "Our psychometric computer analyses have shown that in the near future, Gallifreyan society will cease to exist, as a result of the increasing conflicts between the two races on Gallifrey...." (Gallifreyans and Vulcans) "Then the blow to the Federation would result in an attempted take-over by a race called the Dalek Dominion" (Spock in my alternate TREKWHO universe fanfic Spock's Destiny)
The New series: I haven't seen it on tv yet (it's not on here) but I have read many reviews and posts about it and it is fun to read into those few lines as being foreshadowing of how the Daleks will be responsible for the destruction of Gallifrey (yes I have read that..) rather than the Doctor himself as in the BBC novels. They had the most interest so that's why I wrote that back in 2002.
I updated my "The Ninth Doctor" fanfic to include a connection to the current tv 9th Doctor (Christopher Eccleston). There's a connection to a WhoSliders story too but the story can be read as a standalone.
Interesting Quote 2: "The Doctor also convinced the Stargate SG-1 team to destroy the machine, lest some other evil civilisation such as the daleks take over the device." (written in 2001) The machine had created a time loop of a day as seen in the Stargate episode WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY. My theory/fanfic explanation is this. The Daleks could have used a similar machine left by the Ancients/Gallifreyans on some old colony planet to erase most of the history of the Time Lords. And the Doctor managed to emit an anti-tachyonic beam as in WHOSLIDERS 4, which triggered a time loop instead of a permanent change of history. Thus, very soon time will revert to the point when the last Time War began... which should prove interesting! I would very happy if RTD uses a similar explanation!

- Doctor Who and the X-Men - the Director's Cut for 2001.
Originally written years ago, it has been rewritten and expanded. It happens
on the X-Men's Earth-616 of course. Now also features Hindle (from the Dr Who episode Kinda) and the Sliders,
so it is a crossover between three series, and this is a MetaMiST of the MSTified version. Series involved:
Dr Who, X-Men, Sliders and Excalibur (a scene hinted to in Excalibur# 25 occurs in the fanfic!).
- Who/Sliders Series Ep#1 - Leisure Centre Hotel - occurs after the Who/X-Men/Sliders crossover
- Who/Sliders Series Ep#2 - Parship Enterprise - second fanfic in my Who Sliders series. Features a rather different captain Archer of a parallel world sliding Enterprise starship.
- Who/Sliders Series Ep#3 - Doing the Deva Loka Dev Null Device - On the same parallel world shown in DUST. What was hinted to in that episode, 500 years beforehand? How is it changed now? What does Deva Loka have to do with it? What is the Dev Null Device?

- Who/Sliders Series Ep#14 - DALEK DOMINION - Will the Doctor and the Sliders manage to get sliding technology to get back to the right universe? Will the Doctor get back his TARDIS? Who are the natives on PX8-999 and why is it under attack by the Goa'uld?

- Doctor Who and The X-Men II - A sequel to Doctor Who and the X-Men The Director's Cut. Features the Fifth Doctor and the X-Men from the movie, rather than the comic book. Many fansites call this universe the Movieverse apparently.
- The Kobali Warning - A (minor) Voyager character makes it back to the Alpha Quadrant, to warn the Doctor of a threat to Two Universes by going back in time by one year, to the space station Deep Space Nine, where the Fifth Doctor and his companions happen to be investigating the illegal use of microtransporter technology (during DS9's Season 7 episode Field of Fire). An introduction and prequel of sorts to the TREKWHO Series (amalgam universe)
- TREKWHO Series Ep#1 - Odo's TARDIS - After the Doctor Who and Star Trek universes have merged, things are very different. It is the 23rd Century and the Doctor is the First Officer on Captain Jonathan Archer's Enterprise. Meanwhile Odo, a gallifreyan shape-shifter arrives in his TARDIS.
- Spock's Destiny - What is Spock's Destiny and why has the Doctor been summoned to Gallifrey?
- Enter The Sandman - Who is Sandman and what is his connection to the Jaffa? How are the transgenics and Manticore connected to the Gouald and their Hok'tar? And just who was responsible for the EM pulse?

- UC WHO - Compassion is stuck in the shape of a Maltese policewoman named Becky (from the Undercover, UC5, Dejjem Tieghek Becky PBS shows) from 2003. The problem? Becky has recently drowned. (happens after the BBC book 'FALL OF YQUATINE') - incomplete
- BeretWorld - The Doctor and Fitz face evil on a parallel earth where things are very different from our world.
- The Ninth Doctor - While the Doctor has not yet generated into the ninth Doctor, this story explores a possible ninth doctor who is taking a rest in Malta, where else. (on July 2003 the BBC announced the 'offical' ninth doctor for a one off web special, but he was announced by a better 9th Doctor (Eccleston) for the new tv series! This is not that ninth doctor. It's not in continuity anyway), UPDATED to explain how this Ninth Doctor is connected to the tv 9th Doctor and it's a time loop's fault!
- Bean Here Bean There - When Rowan Atkinson played the part of a comedic ninth Doctor Who in a charity special (Cotd - Curse of Fatal Death), I wrote this first drabble of mine. It's out of continuity as was Cotd itself
- No stories as yet but we will see.. it would help if the new show gets taken up by PBS in Malta... check back for my first CE 9th Doctor fics
- The Dark Doctor - The Doctor has regenerated into a woman, and the Matrix has given him the body and genetic abilities of... Dark Angel! (Dark Angel/Doctor Who Crossover) (coming in future)
- Who is Number Ten? - My first Prisoner fanfic is a crossover with X-Files (there is even a Maltese terra Magka!)
- VOYAGER:1999 - Somebody wrote a Star Trek Voyager/Space:1999 crossover which was interesting; both were from separate universes and Tony Verdeschi is a starfleet officer who ends up on Alpha. Now imagine a different crossover. A world where a conspiracy hides a moonbase Alpha, which has been dumped with lots of nuclear waste about to blow up.
- Dinah Scully FBI Agent - an amalgam type of X-Files crossover, if you can imagine one (similar to the Amalgam elseworlds). Not available, under revision..
- Mulder's Christmas - I did think of this but did not continue it so far.
- Chloe Goes To Roswell - a crossover between Roswell and of course Smallville
- Phased To The Side - My first Stargate SG-1 fanfic which is not a crossover. Features Jacob and a new power device retrieved by the Tok'ra.
- Gahan Fil-Hin u l-iSpazju - A Space-opera version of the popular Maltese folktale.
There was very little interest in a Doctor Who fan audio so I've shelved the idea for the moment.
